Who We Are

The Clam Lakes Property Owners Association (CLPOA) was formed in 2007 by a group of people who own property on or adjacent to Big and Little Clam Lakes, situated approximately 8 kilometres southeast of the Town of Kearney in the Almaguin Highlands (Ontario, Canada). Our membership is made up of full-time residents and cottage owners.

Our Mission Statement

"Clam Lake Property Association Mission is to enhance people's enjoyment of Clam Lakes now and for future generations."

Our Objectives

  • To provide a united voice to represent the interests of the property owners of Clam Lakes

  • To foster and promote a spirit of community on Clam Lakes

  • To promote safe boating practices on Clam Lakes

  • To preserve, protect, restore and improve the natural resources, water quality and environment of the Clam Lakes Watershed
